We invite you to submit a subcontract quotation for the above
tender. Documentation including drawings and specifications
prepared by Oakley Gray Architects are available for viewing and
copying from this office. This tender involves construction of a
new single storey extension 12.0m x 8.0m on plan alongside the
existing three storey building with some alterations and
redecoration work within the existing pharmacy on the ground floor.
The work also involves demolition of existing garages and retaining
wall and redevelopment of the existing asphalt carpark. The
pharmacy is to remain operational at current opening hours.
Subcontract quotations must be received by this office before
4pm Wednesday 1 February 2012. Quotations received
after this time may be excluded from our tender submission.
