Lund South worked closely with the developer, Clear Construction on this 3 level, pre-cast concrete, 27 apartment complex. Lund's were involved from an early stage providing Clear Construction with design and construction expertise to enable the budget and programme to be achieved successfully. We completed all stages on time. The last stage was completed within a very tight 18 week timeframe.

Lund's have completed this building to a very high standard, and we have been impressed with their assistance and can-do attitude throughout. They not only built well, but rendered a very constructive role throughout the design process, and managed the many changes throughout construction. We had a high level of trust and confidence in the open and transparent way they have administered the contract. The final result is a credit to them, and we believe they have provided us with very good value and service in completing this landmark building.
