Lund South completed both the $6m carpark/office structure for
the DCC, and the fi tout contract for the Ministry of Education.
Owing to protracted owner/tenant negotiations over 18 months,
the building was unable to be completed, or the fi tout started.
When the approval to proceed was given, Lund's had to both complete
outstanding shell work and the fi tout contract within a very tight
timeframe. The defects process was completed in one day.
